Client Practices and Agreements

This page holds supportive resources designed to help you feel oriented, informed, and grounded in your work with me. Nothing here is required or meant to be done “perfectly.” These offerings are simply here to support your nervous system, clarify expectations, and give you language and structure where it’s helpful.

You’re welcome to return to these resources at your own pace—before sessions, between sessions, or whenever something feels unclear. Let them be a steady place to land as your work unfolds.

Agreements and Policies

The documents here are designed to support transparency and mutual understanding. They describe session logistics, boundaries, and expectations so that our work can unfold with clarity and care.

Please take time to review them, and let me know if you’d like to discuss any part of them.

Embodied Practices

These guided practices are here to support grounding, regulation, and presence in your body. They’re especially helpful before sessions, after sessions, or anytime you notice yourself feeling anxious, disconnected, or overactivated.

You don’t need to master these techniques or practice them daily. Even a few minutes of slow, intentional breathing can help your nervous system settle and create more space for awareness.

Use what feels supportive. Skip what doesn’t.

Empowered Breathing

This guided meditation invites you to connect with your body through breath, sound, and awareness.

Awakening Your Inner Animal

This is a daily somatic exercise that I like to do to wake up my body, and connect to my erotic self. This is also a great method of "solo foreplay"
