You will receive everything that was in Session 1 (Sensate Focus), but we will go deeper into the techniques. Allowing your body to move and arouse the shiva/shakti within to awaken the Kundalini. Awakening the Kundalini allows you feel more empowered, balanced and connected with your higher purpose.
